Delivery and Costs
Delivery is carried out quickly by Sameday courier anywhere in Romania.
Costs:
Orders over 150 EUR:FREE
Orders under 150 EUR:VISIBLE AT CHECKOUT (depends on country)
The delivery time is usually 24-48 working hours from order confirmation.
Order Processing
Confirmation and Tracking (Tracking)
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a second email with the tracking number (AWB), which you can check on the courier’s website to see exactly where your package is.
Return Policy
14-Day Right of Return
According to current EU legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return the products ordered from our website within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason.
Important Conditions:
Because we sell products for consumption and personal use (oils, cosmetics), we cannot accept returns for products that have been unsealed, opened, or tested, for health protection and hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, intact and sealed.
Return Procedure
How do I proceed with a return?
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
Let us know: Write us an email at info@cbdmania.ro or a message on WhatsApp with the order number and reason return.
Packing: Make sure the products are sealed, in the original packaging and well protected for transport.
Shipping: You can choose any courier company you want to send the package to our address (you can find it on the Contact page).
Important Note: The cost of return shipping is fully borne by the customer.
(Exception: If the product arrived to you defective or we made a mistake in the order, the return shipping will be free, borne by us).
Refund: After we receive and verify the integrity of the products, we will return your money to the indicated bank account, in within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
