Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with cbdmania.ro you must be over 18 years of age. cbdmania.ro retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. The cost of products may fluctuate without prior notice.
The Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. The payment methods accepted by us are specified on the website. We reserve the right to change these methods at any time as we see fit.
Delivery
Generally, products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you when placing the order within 2 to 5 working days, provided the products in question are fully available. For deliveries to certain countries, a longer delivery time may apply; please consult our website for further information. Delivery timelines are not legally binding, and failure to meet them will not entitle you to withdraw from the contract. In the event that cbdmania.ro is unable to deliver, you must first allow us an extension of at least 20 working days, during which we can still fulfill the contract before you have the right to withdraw from it. In the event of contract cancellation, cbdmania.ro will only refund the purchase price. Any liability for additional compensation for delayed or failed delivery is excluded. The customer must accept partial deliveries if, for example, a part of the ordered products is no longer available or can only be delivered at a later date. The place of fulfillment is the location where the products are handed over by EUROHEMP S.R.L. to the transport company. Benefits and risks are transferred to the customer upon dispatch of such products. cbdmania.ro is not responsible for the loss or damage of products during transport.
Product Warranty
The customer may return products purchased under a contract in the following situations:
– Parcels show severe damage;
– Products were incorrectly delivered / invoiced;
– Products have manufacturing defects;
– Ordered products have different sizes or characteristics;
The warranty is valid from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer. The buyer has the right to file a complaint within 5 days of receipt for cosmetic products and within the timeframe provided by the manufacturer for other products.
Please note that opened and used cosmetic products that do not present a qualitative defect cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
Statutory warranty provisions apply.
EUROHEMP S.R.L. is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of therapeutic foods or unnecessary use.
The products sold through the website www.cbdmania.ro are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition.
We recommend consulting your physician before starting any treatment.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact our customer service department in a timely manner. If possible, products must be returned sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. As soon as we have received the returned products and the conditions for return are met, you will be refunded the purchase price. The shipping cost for returning the products will be fully borne by the customer.
You may cancel or return the order from the date of placing the order up to 14 days after receiving the ordered items. If you have paid for these items, you will be refunded an amount that will include the standard delivery charges but will exclude the return fee to EUROHEMP S.R.L.
If you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the initial delivery fee will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with:
– A written notice either by post, preferably using the return form, or by sending a letter to EUROHEMP S.R.L. Customer Service, Strada Morarilor, Nr. 26G, ap.2, Valea Adanca, 707317, Iasi County, Romania;
– By email at info@cbdmania.ro
Then return the item(s) to us as outlined in the Return and Refund Policy section within the 14-day period specified above. We will issue a refund using the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the items. Another payment method may be used for the refund provided that you consent to such change; this will not generate any additional charges.
