Because we sell products for personal use and consumption (oils, creams, supplements), we cannot accept returns of products that have been unsealed, opened or tested, for health protection reasons (according to OUG 34/2014, art. 16, letter e).
You can return any product that is sealed, in the original intact packaging.
Refund
When will I receive my money back?
After we receive the package and verify the integrity of the seal, we will refund the value of the products to your bank account within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
